Every prospective member must complete the Join Now Application before being considered for membership.

Being invited does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

The Red Room Society reserves the right to:

• Remove guests

• Remove members from any event

when necessary to protect the safety, privacy, or integrity of our community.

Members are encouraged to confidentially report behavior that threatens the integrity of the club.

Reports may include concerns regarding:

• Harassment

• Aggressive behavior

• Violence

• Safety concerns

• Repeated disrespect toward members

• Violations of club policies

The Red Room Society will review concerns and take appropriate action when warranted.

Privacy is one of the foundations of The Red Room Society.

Members agree to respect the identity and confidentiality of every member.

Do not share:

• Names

• Photos

• Videos

• Conversations

• Personal information

• Event details

without that person's express permission.

What happens inside our community should remain inside our community.

Many members prefer additional privacy.

You may participate using:

• Your legal name

OR

• Your alter ego

Both are welcomed and respected.

For maximum privacy, we strongly recommend creating a separate email address used exclusively for The Red Room Society.

Benefits include:

Although not required, we highly recommend it.

Protecting member privacy is non-negotiable.

Video recording is strictly prohibited during all private Red Room Society events unless expressly authorized by event management.

Unauthorized recording includes:

• Video recording

• Live streaming

• Social media recording

• Hidden cameras

• Recording for personal distribution

Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal from the event

• Permanent membership termination

• Loss of future event privileges

Photography may also be restricted depending on the event.

Any approved media will be announced in advance.

Every member agrees to conduct themselves like a mature, respectful adult.

Members are expected to demonstrate:

• Respect

• Integrity

• Professionalism

• Courtesy

• Consent

• Accountability

• Discretion

• Good judgment

The following behavior may result in immediate removal and permanent membership termination:

• Fighting

• Violence

• Threats

• Harassment

• Bullying

• Stalking

• Theft

• Property damage

• Illegal drug activity

• Hate speech

• Discrimination

• Unauthorized recording

• Any behavior that compromises member safety or privacy

No refunds will be issued.

The Red Room Society promotes a culture of respect and personal choice.

Every interaction between members must be based on clear, voluntary, and mutual consent.

No member should ever feel pressured, intimidated, or obligated to participate in any activity.

"NO" always means "NO."

Respecting boundaries is mandatory.

Every member is responsible for:

• Their own decisions

• Their own conduct

• Their own transportation

• Their own alcohol consumption

• Their own personal belongings

• Their own interactions with others

Members are expected to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The Red Room Society is not responsible for personal disagreements, relationship issues, financial arrangements, or disputes that occur between members.

While management may take action to protect the community, each member remains solely responsible for their own actions and decisions.

The Red Room Society organizes private social events and travel experiences for consenting adults.

By attending any event, members voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with social gatherings and agree to take responsibility for their own actions and decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Red Room Society, its owners, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and event hosts are not responsible for personal disputes, romantic relationships, consensual interactions between members, lost or stolen personal property, or injuries arising from a member's own conduct or failure to follow club policies.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

All payments are FINAL.

This includes:

• Membership dues

• Annual memberships

• Event tickets

• Deposits

• Travel reservations

• Special event registrations

• VIP packages

ALL FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

• Missed events

• Schedule conflicts

• Voluntary cancellations

• Membership suspension

• Membership termination

• Removal for violating club policies
